QUALITY REPORT


Structure:
  • Foundation with isolated or continued block of reinforced concrete and retaining walls in garages.
  • Structure square with pillars of reinforced concrete and unidirectional forged.
Bricklaying:
  •  Exterior blockage with block of concrete block of 20 cm. 
  •  Interior partition with block of concrete block of 9 cm.
Mortar filling and plaster:
  • Exterior wall tiles made with mixed up projected mortar, finished by plastering with minimal thickness of 1.5 mm.
  • Interior wall tiles garnished with projected plaster.
  • Flat false ceilings of plaster in damp rooms and transit areas (according to type).
Roof:  
  •  Roofs are waterproved with system KIMPER of KIMI-RED and protective layer of gravel 10/20.
  • Roofs of transitable floors, for solarium, finished with sandstone tiles for exterior.
  • Roofs of none passable floors, finished with layer of gravel 7-10 cm thick.
  • Inclined roofs, finished with ceramic tile BORJA.
Tiling:
  • Inside: Pavement of  1 st quality ceramic stoneware.
  • Outside: Pavement of  1 st quality ceramic stoneware combined with printed and coloured concrete pavement in areas of garages and accesses.
  • Common zones: Pavements of continuos printed concrete.
     
  • Quicialeras and flashing: In all hinged windows and doors. It will have special natural or prefabricated pieces of stone for auction and protection.- Kitchen: 1 st quality ceramic tiles in the area of kitchen furniture.
  • Bathroom and toilets: 1 st quality ceramic tiles until height of false ceiling, with intermediate decorative edging.
Stairs:
  •  Exterior: depending on the area, carried out with natural granite or with special pieces of 1 st quality stoneware for exterior.
Wood carpentry:
  • Interior carpentry with prefabricated doors, finishing with natural wood type Sapelly.
  • Pergolas of laminated solid wood treated for exterior.
  • Fitted wardrobes in indicated rooms, with sliding doors, lined and divided.
Aluminium carpentry:
  •  Exterior carpentry of lacquered aluminum, european mark, with glazing of 6 mm.
  •  Access doors to house with blind reinforced panel and security fittings.
Bathroom fittings:
  •  Sanitary apliances “Duravit Dune” brand or similar, of vitrified porcelain in white, with monocontrol taps of 1st quality. (Thermostatic taps in shower or bath)
  • Hot water production by thermo-electricity accumulator with capacity by type.
Painting:
  • Painting inside and outside carried out with plastic waterproofing paint.
  • Wood carpentry completed varnished or lacquered.

Remark: The commercial house and the final model for each of the materials for finishing, will be selected by the leadership of the work, always remaining the quality described in this memory and/or the draft of execution.
